All purchases from Built Minds are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products, including physical apparel and digital subscriptions.
Physical Products All apparel items (hoodies, jackets, and other clothing) are sold as-is and are final sale. Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and images carefully before purchasing.
Digital Products & Subscriptions The Built Minds Fitness App subscription is non-refundable. Once you purchase a subscription, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription period. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at builtmindsofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
